Location Verbania, Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, Italy **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide general administrative support to the assigned department or team. - Compile and analyze basic data for reports and presentation materials. - Prepare visual aids such as charts, graphs, and tables to support documentation. - Receive, review, and respond to routine correspondence following established guidelines. - Maintain organized records and files as required. - Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings or appointments as needed. - Perform other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications**: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Less than two years of relevant administrative experience preferred. - Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to exercise independent judgment within established procedures. - Basic analytical and reasoning skills.
