Deltatre provides strategy, planning, consultancy across all stages of our client's lifecycle. **Posizione**: Our suite of platform services are a core component within Deltatre’s suite of cutting-edge solutions, designed to enable exceptional user experiences for our clients in the sports, media, and entertainment industries.

Reporting to the VP of Product and Architecture, the Technical Director will provide technical and line management for engineering squads aligned to our platform services including Accounts, Entitlement, Subscription, Event Metadata, and Video Workflow orchestration ensuring successful delivery, adherence to best practices, and alignment with business goals.

This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, and QA. **Key Responsibilities** **Technical Leadership** - Define and maintain technical direction for the engineering squads working on platform services, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and business objectives. - Drive the creation and evolution ofkey platform services, working closely with AXIS, Forge, and Diva teams and their associated Technical Directors to ensure scalability, interoperability, and performance. - Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering teams. **Delivery Oversight** - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software that meets or exceeds client and stakeholder expectations. - Monitor progress and performance of engineering squads, identifying and mitigating risks and bottlenecks. - Oversee technical roadmaps in collaboration with Product Owners and Architects. **Team Management** - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. - Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify professional growth opportunities for team members. - Build a strong team dynamic through effective communication and conflict resolution. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Work closely with Product Owners to define technical requirements and priorities for our platform services and ensure alignment with broader Deltatre product strategies. - Partner with other Technical Directors to ensure consistency and alignment across Deltatre’s products and squads. **Governance and Standards** - Ensure engineering squads follow best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. - Promote adherence to agile methodologies and Dev

Ops principles. - Monitor and report on key metrics, including code quality, system performance, and team velocity. **Requisiti**: **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role. - Proven experience delivering complex software systems in a fast-paced environment. - Strong technical expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and modern development frameworks,microservices architectures, and cloud-native solutions. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, Dev
